SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Rustico Studio, each piece of jewelry is crafted with care. The time it takes to receive your order includes production time in the workshop and shipping time.

1. PRODUCTION TIMES (IN THE WORKSHOP)

  • Made-to-order items ("Available" mention): As our pieces are made to order or custom-sized for you, the production time in our workshop can be up to 4 weeks before shipping.

  • Urgent orders: If your order is urgent (gift, event), please contact us before finalizing your purchase at contact@rusticostudio.com. We will do our best to meet your request.

  • Shipping processing: As soon as the jewelry is ready, your package is prepared and handed over to the carrier within 2 to 3 business days.

2. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES (TRANSPORT)

  • France:

    • Free for all orders over €250.00.

    • €7.50 for orders under €250.00.

    • Average delivery time: 2 to 3 business days after shipping.

  • Norway and United Kingdom

    • Rate: €20.00 (Standard Delivery).

    • Delivery time: 8 to 12 business days after shipping.

     

  • Asia (Japan, Hong Kong, Israel, etc.):

    • Rate: €45.00 (Standard Delivery).

    • Average delivery time: Generally within 7 to 12 business days after shipping.

  • Oceania (Australia, New Zealand):

    • Rate: €45.00 (Standard Delivery).

    • Delivery time: 10 to 15 business days after shipping.

3. ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your package leaves our workshop, you automatically receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number to follow its journey in real-time.

4. IMPORTANT NOTES (CUSTOMS & DELAYS)

We do our utmost to ensure your creations reach you quickly. However, external factors beyond our control (peak periods for carriers or customs checks) may impact delivery times.

Customs duties and taxes: For all shipments outside of France (including Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, and internationally), customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be claimed by customs authorities upon arrival. As a young artisanal company, these fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Rustico Studio cannot be held responsible for these fees or for logistical delays caused by customs services.
