RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

In the unlikely event that you wish to exchange or return your purchase, we offer a 15-business day return period. You therefore have 15 business days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange .

Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for personalized items, gift cards, or custom-made pieces.

It is essential that returned products are in perfect condition, with no apparent signs of use, and in their original packaging. Otherwise, no return will be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards and custom-made products.

HOW TO RETURN A PURCHASE?
It's easy! Follow these steps:

1. Contact us 

Send us an email at contact@rusticostudio.com, specifying the reason for the return and your order number. We will confirm your request within 48 to 72 hours.

Please note: items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. 

2. Return your item 

Choose one of the following options:

Ship by registered mail (at customer's expense) to our workshop. Please note: the customer assumes all risks until the package is delivered.

3. Refund : 

We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return. If a refund has been agreed upon, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns shipped from abroad may be subject to duties and taxes. These must be paid in advance by the sender. If packages arrive with unpaid duties or taxes, we may refuse delivery and return the merchandise to the sender.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns about your item.
